NEXGEN COACHING LTD – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Introduction
Welcome to Nexgen Coaching Ltd. By registering yourself or your child for any Nexgen Coaching Ltd programme, session, team, camp, event, coaching service, block booking, subscription, or activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your booking.
Registration and Payments
Registration Fees
Any registration fees paid to Nexgen Coaching Ltd are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Registration fees may cover administration costs, player enrolment, insurance, kit, equipment, venue hire deposits, booking systems, staffing costs, and other operational expenses.
Block Bookings
All coaching programmes operate on a block booking basis unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required to secure a place.
A player's place is not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.
Spaces cannot be reserved or held without payment.
Monthly Payments and Subscriptions
Where monthly payment plans or subscriptions are offered, payments must be made on the agreed date.
Persistent non-payment may result in permanent removal from the programme.
Refund Policy
No Refunds Policy
Nexgen Coaching Ltd operates a strict NO REFUND policy.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for:
- Missed sessions
- Holidays
- Illness or injury
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Change of mind
- Family commitments
- School activities
- Adverse weather conditions
- Dissatisfaction with session content
- Removal from programmes due to breaches of conduct
- Suspension or expulsion from any NexGen Coaching Ltd activity
- Any other reason whatsoever
By booking with NexGen Coaching Ltd, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are final.
Missed Sessions
If a participant misses a session for any reason, no refund, credit, transfer, replacement session, or partial refund will be offered.
Participant Withdrawal
If a participant chooses to leave a programme after booking, no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided.
Session Cancellations
In the event that Nexgen Coaching Ltd cancels a session due to circumstances within our control, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Rearrange the session;
- Offer an alternative session; or
- Provide a credit towards a future booking.
Cash refunds will not be issued.
Where sessions are cancelled due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, venue closures, power failures, government restrictions, emergencies, or force majeure events, no refunds will be provided.
Provision of Services
Upon successful booking and payment, NexGen Coaching Ltd will provide access to the services purchased, which may include:
- Coaching sessions
- Team training
- Football development programmes
- Camps and events
- Fixtures and matches
- Tournaments
- Curriculum content
- Parent resources
- Player assessments
- Other coaching services offered by NexGen Coaching Ltd
Services may be amended, adapted, relocated, or modified at any time to meet operational requirements.
Behaviour and Conduct
All participants, parents, guardians, spectators, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, players, officials, volunteers, and other attendees.
Nexgen Coaching Ltd reserves the right to remove or exclude any participant or parent whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
Removal from any programme due to misconduct will not result in any refund.
Medical Information
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all relevant medical information, allergies, conditions, injuries, and emergency contact details are disclosed before participation.
Nexgen Coaching Ltd accepts no responsibility for information that has not been disclosed.
Photography and Media
Nexgen Coaching Ltd may take photographs and videos during sessions, matches, camps, and events for coaching, promotional, safeguarding, and social media purposes.
If you do not wish for yourself or your child to appear in photographs or videos, you must notify NexGen Coaching Ltd in writing before participation.
Liability
Participation in sport carries an inherent risk of injury.
By booking, parents, guardians, and participants acknowledge these risks.
NexGen Coaching Ltd, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss of property
- Damage to property
- Theft
- Accidents occurring before, during, or after sessions
except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Kit and Equipment
Any kit, clothing, equipment, or merchandise supplied remains subject to availability.
Customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Replacement kit may incur additional charges.
Amendments
Nexgen Coaching Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always apply and will be made available through our official communication channels.
